Payment

In the webshop you can pay securely by credit card with Paypal. You can also send the payment with Vipps to the number you are given at checkout. Soon Klarna will also arrive.

Postage and delivery

We send your package with Posten (without tracking) or PostNord.

We ship your order quickly, either the same day it is received or the next working day. You will be notified when your package is on its way.

If you live in Gjøvik, you can collect the order from us.

For a period of time, we also offer free door-to-door delivery for those with a postcode and location in Gjøvik. To bring up delivery as an option, select "Send" as an option when you are on the "Information" page in the checkout. Then you will see "Local delivery" in the next step, if you are within the area we deliver to.

On Saturday 26.02.22 it is also possible to have the order delivered on the Gjøvik-Stange route!

For orders over NOK 750, we cover the shipping.

Exchange, return and complaint

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item, according to the Right of Withdrawal Act. The form for this will be sent to you by e-mail when your order has been sent. If you wish to make use of the right of cancellation, you pay postage when you return the order. You are responsible for the safe return of the items, so please pack them well. We will refund the full amount of your original order (items + postage) as soon as we receive the returned goods.

If you discover a fault with one of the products you have received, please let us know so we can sort it out.

When purchasing digital products, the right to cancel expires the moment the download is started (Cancellation Act § 22 letter n).

Papirglede is a company under foundation and is not currently liable for VAT. Updated prices including VAT are displayed when the company has reached the limit and has been VAT registered.
